SUMMARY

Effective February 2009, I have re-opened my previous appraisal business, Cornerstone Appraisal Company. From April 2005 to January 2009 I had been on the staff of Washington Mutual Bank as a Commercial Production Appraiser, primarily performing appraisals of multi-family properties in the Chicago metro area, as well as in Denver, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis. From 1985 to 2005 I had been a real estate appraiser, an independent contractor, for my own clients and clients of other appraisal companies encompassing physical inspection of properties, obtaining appropriate market data, completing required appraisal documentation in addition to reviewing appraisals and managing a small appraisal business. Previous to 1985, I had nine years in various areas of mortgage loan production encompassing supervising mortgage loan processing, assuring adherence to underwriting and Federal Truth-In-Lending guidelines, conducting in-house loan closings, originating mortgage loans, and creating and maintaining real estate broker relationships. I possess well-developed analytical, technical, and problem solving skills combined with a practical knowledge of real estate appraisal and real estate in general. I am highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
